Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World

Can you believe that I've had this little gem of a cookbook for over a year and have never used it? Well, this weekend buns were needed, so out it came to take over my kitchen!
I made the basic vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, and also the peanut butter cupcakes. Icing was the chocolate butter-cream, the basic butter-cream with some green food colouring and mint extract and the cream cheese icing with lemon zest. Everything was as amazing as it sounds!

This is the definitive vegan cake cookbook. It reads like an master-class from an easy-going, chatty friend. The recipes are easy to follow, creative and delicious, and every possible situation is covered in the Q&A.
My only peeve is that it is quite American-centric, not offering us poor Europeans conversions for cups/Fahrenheit/ounces. I'm lucky as I have a measuring cup with all the conversions, without it having to do the conversions would be a mildly irritating inconvenience.
However, this issue is not unique to this book. I still love you, Isa and Terry!
