Happy 2018 everyone! My blogging new year's resolution was to start posting more often to Instagram. I'm a late adopter because tbh the idea of maintaining more than one vegan blogging platform seemed like too much of a hassle. However I realised that I was starting drafts and not posting them on the blog because I didn't have time to edit them. So Instagram was won out in terms of speed and convenience. I'm gonna keep the blog up though, just in case there is anything I need a bit more space for.
Case in point, here are some pictures from a draft I started before xmas. Delicious vegan pizza sold by the slice in DiFontaines in Dublin city centre (Temple Bar) and Caffe Nero's vegan mince pie.
