I am just back from a short solo adventure to Amsterdam, where I spent my time visiting museums, riding the tram and seeking out all of the vegan food! With the Happy Cow app and Google maps, I went to a mixture of vegan places and places with vegan options.

Not pictured are the falafel I got from Maoz, the doughnuts I got to take away from Vegabond, the blueberry muffin I got to take away from Koffie ende Koeck and the multiple soya lattes and fancy lemonades I consumed! I also bought a supply of Taifun smoked tofu and Wheaty chorizo slices from Ekoplaza, as they are cheaper and more widely available on the continent than here in Ireland.
