Lunch from the Juice Store, Dublin

I started in a new office a couple of weeks ago, and am still sussing out all the adjacent vegan lunch options. One I have found that I hadn't tried before was The Juice Store. It is a small takeaway which sells juices, salads, yogurts and breakfast porridge pots. Everything I saw seemed to be vegan, but I'm not sure if everything they sell is vegan. So yesterday I treated myself to lunch, which I ate at my desk.

Organic green leaf tofu salad (€6.50): smoked tofu, sweet potato and sun-dried tomato with greens, hemp seeds and a pomegranate vinaigrette. It had me at smoked tofu! The dressing was beautiful but I couldn't finish all of the greens, it was massive!

Organic, gluten-free bircher muesli (€2.80): soya yogurt, maple syrup, oats, seeds, raisins, apple almonds. This was just as delicious as it sounds!

Sweet ginger juice: carrot, ginger, apple, celery, lemon. I'm not sure if there is a meal deal, but this juice was thrown in for free. It wasn't my favourite as I'm not a fan of celery, but it was drinkable and everything tastes better when its free!

I was really impressed with the quality and value for money, considering everything is organic. I could definitely see myself getting the soya yogurt pots or rice milk porridge pots for breakfast on the way to work, or the salads as a treat for lunch.
