Meal planning, week 1: An attempt to be super-organised

I am back at college and will be very busy over the next few months, so I decided (inspired by the meal planning thread on the PPK forum) to give meal planning a try.

As this is the first week I am keeping the plan quite open to see how it works...


I have based the plan on what I already have in my kitchen (millet, noodles, pasta, potatoes, pizza bases, passata), easy go-to recipes, and also my timetable. There is some great advice on vegan meal planning on Zsu Dever's  blog. The millet bake recipe is from the Vegan Richa blog.
