I haven't made anything from them but that's not the point, cookbooks are fun and inspiring to read (especially when they're free!). 'The Asian Vegan Kitchen' by Hema Parekh has recipes divided up into different countries; India, Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Burma, Indonesia, Malaysia and Korea. It's an interesting cookbook with authentic recipes that aren't often seen in vegan cookbooks.
'500 Vegan Recipes' is a bit more typical with twists on American recipes but it has a good faux meat section and some interesting vegan nut-cheese recipes.
