Marigold Nutritional Yeast with B12

Yes, it seems that I have found the holy grail of nutritional yeasts, one with added vitamin B12! I have to say that I'm not the biggest fan of nutritional yeast but it's full of B-goodness and it has it's uses.
I've stirred it into soup, mixed it in with polenta and melted it on garlic bread.

It's strange that there was no information about it on the Marigold website or on the Google in general. It must be a fairly new product, because I know from the forums and whatnot that before B12-y yeast flakes weren't available in Britain and Ireland.
I remember when you couldn't get yeast flakes here at all, it only seems to have become a standard health-food shop product in the last year or so. I also remember when you couldn't get dairy-free butter in the supermarket... (old lady voice)..

  1. Mmm garlic bread! I've never found nootch in Scotland, I'll need to start keeping a better eye out - if the Irish have it, surely the rest of the developed world does too! :P
